Insurance We Accept 

Serving families of all backgrounds throughout the Pacific Northwest is at the heart of Dr. Beth DiDomenico's mission. We're dedicated to providing inclusive, accessible, and affordable support, But will currently only be accepting Regence insurance. 

Understanding your insurance coverage is essential. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to clarify your benefits, limitations, and financial responsibilities. Due to the complexity of insurance plans, we are unable to provide specific details. Our focus is on delivering the best possible medical care for you, while also attempting to work within your insurance allowances. Please use our Tax ID Number (91-2092064) when contacting your insurance provider.

Hours & Naturopathic Doctor Fees 

Patient Hours 

Tuesday, Thursday – virtual appointments by phone or video call only from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
Friday–virtual appointments by phone or video from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

 

Naturopathic doctor fees are paid at the time of service unless covered by your insurance provider. Lab testing or diagnostic testing may also be covered.  Check with your insurance provider directly to see if you have coverage. 

 

Financial Agreement 

Dr. Beth DiDomenico values the time dedicated to each patient and strives to provide exceptional care. To maintain efficient scheduling and respect the time of both our patients and Dr. Beth, we have established the following financial guidelines: 

• Appointment No Shows and Late Cancellations: We kindly request 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $175 cancellation fee.  

• Late Arrivals: To ensure timely care for all patients, a $35 fee will be applied for arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time. 

• Fee Transparency: We are committed to open communication regarding our fees. Please feel free to discuss any questions or concerns about our fees with us. 

• Returned Checks: A $25 fee will be assessed for any checks returned due to insufficient funds. 

 

For insurance patients. Payments made after the statement date will appear on your next statement. Only the balance due as of the statement date will show. 

 

Payment is required at the time of service. Please be aware that telehealth session costs will vary depending on the length of the appointment. Typical ranges are: 

• First Office Call (approximately 1 hour): $295. 

• Returning Office Call (15-45 minutes): Price varies $80 - $250.   

• An additional $30 fee will apply for each 10-minute increment of extended time, which may include research, patient follow-up questions, or post-visit tasks.
